Over the years I have bought and sold nearly a dozen houses in multiple states – so I’ve had ample opportunities to work with realtors as both a buyer and a seller. Marc Harbour is a total standout, probably the best – no, absolutely the best! – agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish, he has been a supportive and highly expert partner, assisting with market analysis, prepping the property, setting a price, and keeping me 100% ‘in the loop’ with patience, total clarity, and good humor. Post-contract, even on a ‘fast turn,’ he arranged everything I was responsible for, made sure we were on schedule, and kept the lines of communication flowing with the buyers all the way to a successful closing. Marc was the absolute best realtor ever! We had a bad experience and lost a home we loved and Marc found us a great home similar to the one we lost but on the lake! Marc worked quickly because we were living on Fort Belvoir housing which was full of mold, we had mediation after mediation, our baby was sick, the place leaked everywhere! My wife and I just sold our first home, and Marc helped us and centered us through every step of the way.
