From beginning to end, Marc was there every step of the way. This wasn't the biggest loan in the world, but by the level of service received, you'd have thought my client was borrowing 50 million for a development. He always picked up phone calls regardless of what time it was. He never seemed annoyed, although I probably would have been. Helped clarify any questions my client had immediately, and made the whole process much easier than anyone else I've ever dealt with. He even managed to get the appraisal back before our FIVE day due diligence was up which gave me all the info I needed to negotiate final terms before we went pending. Who does (can do) that?! I could go on and on, but this review is getting too long. TLDR: Go with Marc. You won't regret it!!!
