Marble Hall Gardens

My experience with the Assistant Property Manager Ms. Gwen Swann was a chef’s kiss. I could probably go on and on, she is just phenomenal and she cares about the students at Morgan State University. If there’s anything that you need or any questions that you have concerning the property, she makes sure they are addressed immediately. She manages the apartments for the students at Morgan State University with such care, means business and makes their safety, comfort and well-being her priority. If you think there’s a problem that can not be fixed, I suggest calling her.

If you are thinking of living at Marble Hall just know, CHOOSE THE NON-STUDENT SIDE WITH MS GWENDOLYN. She is amazing and helps to settle any issues immediately. The student side of Marble Hall is a MESS. The staff are incompetent and rude. It is not worth the money paid to not only have a roommate in an extremely tiny room but also live with roaches. Before coming to Marble Hall i was told I would have a one bedroom to myself. They played in my face, this review is your warning!!!!! The staff on the student side don't know what they are doing at all and also don't like to respond to their emails which is lovely. Save yourself the time and energy and just don't put any trust or hope in them. Rent a room under the direction of Ms Gwendolyn for peace.

I just did 3 stars. Have a friend here it seems not bad. But. Jesus Christ can we have the majority of these Reviews ACTUALLY talk about the Living Experience here and not Ms GWENDOLYN HALL. I understand many think she is wonderful but how does only mentioning how she worked with you or got you set up helping ppl make an informed decision. People need to hear about what everyday Life is places, the trials & tribulations, heat, AC, walls, is it noisy or peaceful, any Pest, etc. ETC. Not 99.9% about GWENDOLYN. Please. Some Real Nirty Gritty Reviews not this Miss Gwendyn Care Bear & Rainbow Stuff. Sheesh.

I've been a tenant at Marble Hall Gardens almost eight years. I've never had a bad experience living here but since they have been under new management it's better. They now have security cameras in the buildings and outside with extra bright lighting throughout the apartment grounds. I always get prompt maintenance follow-up for any problem. The office staff is extraordinary. Ms Gwen Swann is always so pleasant and professional. She goes out of her way to assist you and most times she will address the issue right away.

I’ve lived here for a year, and Ms Gwendolyn Swann is a wonderful person to have as a manager. She’s easy to talk with, compassionate, and ready to help with any issue with your stay here. My apartment is spacious and I love it. A really good place to live, especially while on a budget.
