Marbella Place Apartments

We recently moved into this community, and unfortunately, our experience has not reflected what was shown in the model unit. Upon move-in, our apartment had a significant roach and spider infestation. We also discovered roaches inside the cracks of the refrigerator. Additionally, several maintenance issues were present from day one, including broken doors and a broken toilet seat, which were reported immediately. The overall condition of the building has also been disappointing. Trash is consistently left in the hallways, and it often accumulates to the point where stray cats are getting into it while neighbors continue to pile more trash on top. The building has not been pressure washed, and trash removal services do not appear to be handled regularly, despite residents paying for this s

do NOT move here! we lived here for 5 months and i do not recommend at ALLLL! there’s trash everywhere sprawled out through the complex, HUGE piles of animal waste everywhere because nobody cleans up after their pets, people let their pets roam around w no leash, leaks, shower makes a horrible noise when it’s on, dishwasher don’t work and never has, they decided to paint over the bathroom appliances and it looks a FOOL! water stain on my ceiling, blinds was dirty when we first moved in, gate ALWAYS BROKE and last but certainly not least ROACHES! i am a clean person but it’s absolutely infested and it’s driving me insane. THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR UNITS. my roommate failed to do so & now we here! 😩 lawd i can’t wait till this lease up cause i’m flying out these broken gates immediately!!!!!!

Marcus was a great help in was very professional in explaining everything. My move-in was smooth from beginning to end. I love my new home. My family and I moved in just in time for the holidays as we planned. Marcus is the besssssssst. He made the holidays perfect for me and my family. Thank you so much Marcus. I would not recommend moving here. I moved in and immediately discovered a roach infestation, plumbing issues, damaged flooring, and an oven that couldn’t be used because of chemical residue. These problems existed from day one. Even though pest control is included in the lease and charged monthly, management said they do not have a pest control contract. Maintenance appointments were missed, and temporary fixes did not work. Communication was slow and issues were not handled with urgency. This was supposed to be my first apartment, but instead it has been very disappointing and stressful. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect any unit before signing or moving in.

I’ve been here for less than a month, and unfortunately, my experience has not been positive—especially considering this is my first apartment. There have been several ongoing issues that continue to make my experience worse each day, including leaking problems, roaches, broken bathroom lights, holes in the unit, and mold on the walls. Overall, it’s very upsetting to have to live in these conditions. I truly hope things improve, or that I can be transferred to another unit closer to the front, because so far this apartment does not feel like the new-home experience I was expecting.
