I own a Maravilla home and the roof was not constructed properly. I have Spanish tiles that aren’t nailed down, a leaking roof, and lots of stucco and debris on the flat roof. The worst part is the horrible job done on stucco repairs which caused me to get my entire home repainted (out of my pocket). Worst home buying experience ever!

Beware of this builder. I’ve had multiple warranty issues with my Maravilla Homes property dating back to mid-2024—none of which have been fully resolved. The most serious is a recurring water leak at the master bathroom window that continues to go unaddressed, despite repeated requests and even photographic proof during monsoon season. They showed up once in March 2025, promised to fix things, then vanished. Since then, they have ignored emails, phone calls, texts, and voicemails. I’ve also reported incomplete stucco repairs that remain unresolved. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a builder that refuses to follow up on basic warranty repairs. If you're looking for long-term reliability and support, I strongly recommend going with someone else.

Worst experience ever with this builder. If you can avoid purchasing from them, please do so. I have been struggling so much for things that should have been addressed since closing in September of last year. They seem to not care one bit that they are breaking contractual obligations. Communication is horrible. They never answer. If they actually do answer, they promise follow through, but do not. I am now in contact with a third person who had no idea what was going on with my case. Now, he even has began ignoring my calls/messages and not calling me back. Again, stay clear if you are able.

I could give 0 stars to this company if I could. It has been a nightmare buying a house with this builder since the beginning. They do not honor warranty, and missed a lot of our warranty list. Many other issues they attempted to repair more than once because it could not get done at first try. They attempted to repair our floor in our living room, and they filled our house and stuff with concrete dust. This was really unprofessional, and they damaged our plants, electronics, and personal stuff. We had to stay at a hotel the first day because they didn’t even mind how we were doing. We had to tell them to send a crew to clean and at first they just wanted to send a field tech to broom. They sent the cleaning crew, but they did not do a deep cleaning, where we had to wash all our clothes an

Worst experience ever. They do not honour warranty!! Many other issues they attempt to repair, they did unprofessional job and ended not fixing it properly. When it rains, water comes in through our garage. They “attempted” to repair, and still couldn’t fix it right. Water still comes in when it rains, and they didn’t even fix it properly nor fix the epoxy. Front door and all of our windows in the rooms are out of square, where a LOT of dust comes in the house. They attempted to repair but could not fix it right. They redid half of the driveway because it was reverse grade, and concrete was lifted. 4 Months later, concrete started lifting again from the middle of the driveway. We have 2 large spider cracks in the ceiling of the kitchen/living room area which was not fixed. Our master bath
