I will stay away from Marabella Apartments at all costs! The first time they showed me the apartment, it seemed nice and everything. But when I moved in, the apartment they gave me was worth nothing. They barely came to fix things. I submitted a couple of orders, but they never came to fix them. I had plumbing issues, my tub wasn't draining, and it took them forever to come and fix it. I also put in an order for my restroom sink, which wasn't draining, but they never came to fix it. When I first moved in, Nikki at the front desk said she would put in an order to fix the towel cabinets handle for my restroom, but they never did it. I moved in 2021, when it was under a different management company. There were always maintenance issues and the general complex is really rundown and not well maintained. For example, shutters are found on the ground and roof tiles fall off. They never pick up the grounds and let dog feces and branches stay for days. There’s a pool, but it was never clean enough to use in 4 years. The laundry facility is disgusting and there are piles of lint all over the floor. I had a roach problem from the time I moved until I moved out. I would constantly ask for pest control to come but they never did. When the new management took over, they blamed me for the infestation. I told I had been calling for a long time to get it fixed and nothing had been done. I lived in an old building for two years without any maintenance. Although the location was great, the building had several issues, such as a faulty air conditioning system. However, the landscape was well-maintained, and the pool and gym facilities were satisfactory. The price was reasonable, and the appliances provided were decent. However, I did encounter some unprofessional employees during my stay.

i have lived here for over a year and it is HORRIBLE!! i have told them 3 separate times i have mold in my apartment and no one has come to fix it or reply to my emails!! they have a serious bug issue, the apartments are gross and broken down, and everything was broken when i moved in!! i would not recommend moving here even if it is your last resort!! also they are so rude at the front desk!!

This has been the worst place I’ve ever lived. The office manager has been extremely rude since I moved in. They didn’t do a walkthrough before I moved in but said they did (and told me I couldn’t until I signed my lease- my mistake). They admitted later that they hadn’t, only after I found a broken window (glass was cracked from side to side and about to fall out), a broken washer and dryer in my closet, and dirty countertops (last tenants food remnants). It has been problem after problem here, and now, as I move out, there is a squirrel stuck in my wall, wailing and clawing for two days now, that they are ignoring me about. I reported it in my ceiling 4 months ago and they never said a word to me, just closed the work order without investigating or communicating. Go anywhere else but her
