Mara Hixon listed my home in Melbourne Beach Florida and did a fabulous job. I live in California so I was nervous about not being present during the process, but Mara was super attentive and professional in all aspects of the process for which I am extremely grateful! There were several minor challenges with the yard and pool service providers that were solved very quickly by Mara and the providers so the property was always in great condition for showing to prospective buyers. Mara also had a very expert understanding of who were real prospective buyers, a very important skill!
