I am very appreciative of the property management team. Maintenance is great and professional. Angelina has always been incredibly available and attentive to my needs. I can ask her for anything and she is always willing to help with a positive and professional attitude. I have lived here for 16 years and have been very happy with my experience. I’m very happy with the new manager and her assistant as well. This community truly feels like home.

I lived at this apartment community for three years and had an excellent experience overall. I never had any major issues during my time there. Angelina was always extremely helpful, kind, and professional whenever I needed assistance. She truly made living there a pleasant experience. The maintenance team was also outstanding any issues were usually resolved the same day or within one to two days. The only reason I moved out was because my family needed more space. I wanted to move into a larger home to better accommodate my children. Otherwise, I was very happy living here and would absolutely recommend this community to others.

My daughter and I have happily called this community home for nearly four years. ​The property management team is simply outstanding! Angelina, Liana, and Christine are an incredible team, always ready to help with anything​  we need and it is clear they genuinely care about the residents. Their professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy shine through in everything they do. They've done an amazing job of making Mar Lago a better place to live, and they do it all with huge, welcoming smiles. ​Walking into the leasing office and immediately seeing Angelina's big, warm smile​ always puts me in a great mood ! The community has seen some amazing improvements lately, including upgraded pool and gym, new roofs,​ painted buildings and the addition of pickleball courts. ​We also love the monthly

Visited South Florida to find a future home since I have to relocate for work. Out of the five communities I saw, Mar Lago is and will be my top choice. The community is very well maintained. The two bedroom is very spacious and updated. I like that it’s close to the highway and the leasing agent gave me some helpful tips about the area which was very nice. The office is beautifully renovated and the staff there were very helpful and very friendly. I felt really good leaving there and I look forward to seeing them soon. Thank you.

Mar lago is amazing!! This will be my 5th year here and I have yet to have an issue. The ladies are available, listen and SOLVE and RESOLVE any issues. Everything is taken with top priority. Angelina and Leanna go above and beyond to bring the community together whenever possible.. my favorite: FOOD TRUCK NIGHTS Overall 10 out of 10
