Maplewood II Apartments

My son has been here for almost a year and it's a decent place for someone starting out. There are some issues with different things, but I feel like that happens everywhere. His upstairs neighbors are very noisy and disrespectful but that is also everywhere. The biggest problem is with maintenance. Since he's been there they've had a few different ones so some things are not getting addressed as quickly as before. But overall I believe it's great for someone starting out or starting over. And the property manager is efficient. She doesn't put up with crap and tries to do what she can

These reviews are from those, that refused to follow the rules. I go above and beyond, to take care of our tenants. I can't rectify, what I have no knowledge of. All work orders, are addressed. Maintenance Man for 29 years, lives on the property. If ungrateful was a picture, it would look like these fake reviews. I'm 98% occupied and 100% collected at my properties. I'm management, not maintenance and I care about our tenants. Only 3 complaints from 48 units, in 7 years? Not bad at all. The other 97%, are happy Karma does come back. I've managed this property for almost 5 years and I've been employed by RLJ for 7 years. They've never missed a dime, on my watch. Ron Fowler is the liar and a crook. Wasn't on the lease and conspired with a vendor to be paid for work, neither one of them did. Driving his car through the property illegally and was arrested. I've never been in trouble, in my life. The most honest person, anyone will ever know. Boys Follow, Men Lead. I will defend my character at all costs. Ron you should thank me. I did more for your family, than you've ever done. Period...

MOSTLY NICE PEOPLE LIVING HERE MANAGEMENT SUCKS. Pulled the refrigerator out to clean and this is what I found on 2-12-2020. Proof is in the pictures that the apartments are not cleaned properly when new tenants move out move out

It's an alright place for someone who is just starting out bc its income based and the residents are friendly.
