The washer and dryer situation could be better, some days you’ll be lucky doing laundry to have access to half the machines because they are down/not working because god knows why. It’s a good thing maplewood has maintenance men like Ralph who can fix situations like this. God bless him and maplewood. Nice size apartment for the price. It seems more roomy. I have nice neighbors in my building access. The property is quiet and the office staff is wonderful. I'm happy to have made this move. Thanks Maplewood Staff I am very happy.

I've lived at Maplewood for 90 days , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, the leasing office staff has been friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. The property is beautifully maintained — the landscaping is always neat, and playgrounds are usually very clean & inviting. My apartment itself is modern, spacious, and quiet, with great appliances and wonderful air conditioning. The management team organizes regular events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. It’s a safe and peaceful place to live, and I always feel comfortable walking around the complex, even at night. Location is another big plus — it’s conveniently close major highways, yet tucked away enough to avoid traffic noise. P.S- Keep the gates open😊

Very kind office staff, clean, safe environment and apartments. Problems with your apartment are taken seriously and they fix them asap and offer other solutions in the meantime. We Love living here
