I was told I had to move,,30 day lease not extended. But I have a yearly lease agreement. They made sure to tell me it wasn't a eviction a few times .I guess because of the Coronavirus they had to say that .Not An Eviction. Ive been here for almost 2 years ,that's as nice as they know how to be. Bad character. They don't even try to talk too people about it ,even if you have a contract, you better get a copy of lease agreement .Then renew yearly lease agreement a copy .Remember tho not an Eviction during Coronavirus. That's how they do people. .My opinion .Good luck too people who live here .
