Ms. Gilda is amazing! She was so helpful with assisting me move into my first apartment. The tour was great and herself and Deja are very friendly and informative, they answered every question I had. Which wasn’t many because they were clear on all of the information. The process was quick and simple. I can’t wait to see what this new neighborhood brings me. Thank you again for all your help!

Today I just moved into my apartment and ran into some very small issues but the response from the supervisor of the maintenance team was miraculous. I didn't have to wait hours I didn't have to wait days within the hour, Tayon was here to fix any problem that was needed. My experience so far being here has been amazing. From the assistant apartment manager Ms. Glida to the supervisor of maintenance Tayon everyone has such an amazing personality and amazing spirits. I'm grateful to have come across an amazing team.

Ms Gilda is the best. She went over and beyond in supporting my needs. She such a patient and understanding woman . She specializes in helping and anyway she can Ms Gilda is such a genuine down to earth one of a kind unique human being. I received so much support from her. She is my support and my anchor someone whom I truly truly can have confidence and I trust the utmost. Ms Gilda deserves more than 5 stars We appreciate and love you from Monie as well You have brought so much sunshine in our lives 🌹

Top Notch Moving experience for me, Ms. Gilda made me feel at home right away with the tour and her generous hospitality. The process was fast and easy and she assured me that I'll be well accommodated with my home and the community. Highly recommend and appreciated, I'm excited for my new home.

Ms. Gilda was nothing short but amazing when it came to getting me into these apartments, and into the RIGHT apartment for me. I dont necessarily have the best credit, highest income, but when i tell you all my stress, struggles, and fear went out the window when i applied with her. Its very rare you actually see someone do ALL that they can to accommodate you in this line of work and not simply have a “this is my job” type of attitude. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a great apartment, quiet area, timely application process, and respectful/respectable management to get in contact with her as soon as possible
