when I first moved in her 2 years ago , it was a wonderful experience Jacqueline “Jackie” was sweet . Once you have singed you lease , her and Donte are the only two who are constantly in office . This is the worst place to stay . They do anything for u to sign your lease. They don’t answer any question you have ever , there constant response is to review your lease as if it’s not there job to help you . They sit in there office and let the phones go off , forcing you to come inside the office . They all have attitude when you come in there and interrupt there constant chatting . I’m unsure who there management is but there’s serious changes that need to be enforced immediately. Management obviously doesn’t check on them.

Jacquelyn was very knowledgeable about the process leaving no stone unturned for me. I had visited many other places prior to showing up and by far my best experience was with her. She made me feel very welcomed.

I've been a renter here for going on 2 years now. Instead of apologizing when they screw up, management frequently blames me for their mistakes. On top of that, it's the middle of summer and my apartment hasn't been cooler than 75 degrees for two and a half weeks as of writing because they're dragging their feet fixing my central AC. They raised my rent when I renewed my lease this year despite paying all payments on time and making no noticable improvements to the community. The kitchen in my unit was recently remodeled before I moved in and looks if not a bit small, and the in-unit washer and dryer work well, but the rest of the unit can feel a bit underwhelming given how much they charge.

THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS IN DOVER. When I first moved in my vents didn't have any covers , and took them a whole week for them to fix it . I've had multiple issues with all my drains , which I was left to solve on my own . My car got damaged and they towed . When I called to ask why , DONTE was very rude and kept saying review your lease agreement instead of simply telling me why they towed my car all the way to a lot in Smyrna . and after reviewing the lease agreement I questioned Donte on why my car was towed due to the fact my car didn't violate any rule . he stated that "he was done with the conversation and he wasn't going to go back and forth the car is already towed there's nothing he can do" had to pay 500 dollars to get my car all the way from Smyrna . Not to include these

Long but pleasant experience due Jacquelyn!!! She was very informative and the pricing is reasonable. Neighborhood is clean and "Jackie" was very patience with walking me through the process.
