Maple Walk Apartments

I have been here for about 3-4 years now. The first 3 months were okay and then I experienced a leak in both bedrooms, mold, fly/ant/roach infestations, plumbing issues that maintenance couldn’t resolve for shit, I resolved those issues on my own. And the leasing manager Stephanie never answers the phone, she closes maintenance tickets when maintenance never shows up or they tell me it’s “not their job”, she always leaves early so the office hours vary, (except for major holidays of course) maintenance is responsive but only puts bandaids on issues that really need to be fixed and resolved. I have called maintenance/opened a work order MINIMUM once a month for the past 2 years. I even had a mushroom growing in my apartment? They had me move into a so called “better apartment” on the top f

I literally moved in an within days I seen a mouse/mice . I reported it to the front office. They got a maintenance guy to put in insulation to a hole that the mouse had access to, in addition to overlooked holes in the floor boards that give them access as well I was told they would come back to add more, but no one ever came. They put me on a list for an exterminator that regularly comes out for this problem ! Wow if I had known this I would have never moved here On the plus side, I have young children one is a newborn, and I left this problem from my old landlord to deal with it with a new one. Waited a few months to write this review apartments are nice lovely updated appliances. Maintenance comes quick. The staff in the office are lovely. No issues or complaints!

Pushing 40 something families out, to slap a high price on some cheap paint cover ups and if you're lucky you're going to have to pay triple for a washer and dryer. For all that's worth you might as well just go buy a house. You can still hear EVERYTHING, the neighbors above or below you are doing or saying! I mean kudos for roof over my head, but I would appreciate if someone actually team over when they're supposed to and fix the cracks around my windows, or the lights in my bathroom ceiling, or get rid of the mold in the walls! Yeah there's mold. Also don't go to the hospital and think that they're going to understand, that you can't get out of your hospital bed to pay them. Stephanie understands, she's the best thing about this place, but even she can't protect us against the Almighty

3 weeks later (Edit): The infestation of roaches in this apartment complex has grown exponentially worse since the initial writing of this review, a simple 3 week period was all it took for the issue to grow further out of control. The owner Sam has been incredibly unhelpful despite what his replies state. Roaches are now crawling inside of my mattress, on the clothes in my closet; swatting fully grown cockroaches from my person is not an uncommon occurrence. I cannot emphasize enough how bad of a financial decision it would be to move here. Never in all of my life have I encountered a roach problem quite as bad as I have at Maple Walk Apartments. Picture roaches so engorged on god knows what that they can no longer stick to the wall, so fat that when you pick them up even just gingerly,
