Maintenance man and the front desk young lady. Bless their soul . They are sweet people . No matter the circumstances they will do what they can to make sure you’re comfortable in your unit . Some of the residents can’t park for the love of God . And if you have a baby probably not the best place for you to live as people love to smoke weed it lingers in your apartment. I don’t mind it as much but definitely invest in a nice air purifier . Once again maintenance and the way this building is ran is top tier .. they are the best

Living here was a terrible experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding these apartments. • No maintenance reliability. Our AC was broken for four months (May through August) during the hottest part of the summer, and even after “repairs” it never worked right. Appliances like the washer, dryer, and dishwasher constantly broke down and took forever to fix. • Pests despite paying fees. We had roaches even though we kept our apartment very clean. We were charged a pest control fee, yet no one ever came to spray. • Dirty environment. Common areas were not maintained and often smelled strongly like the zoo • Safety issues. Police were called to the property frequently bc of fights breaking out, which made it feel unsafe. • Office staff problems. The office staff were almost never in the offic

I set an appointment for a viewing scheduled at 9am. I arrived 10 mins early to be prepared. I ended up waiting until 9:25am, then managment finally showed up to the office. Before they arrived I attempted to contact them several times with no luck. As promptness reflexs the overall performance of any establishment I would not recommend scheduling a tour of their establishment.

Slow with maintenance need more than one person doing repairs tons of work in the buildings and outside need done. Halls always smell of cigarettes or cat pee. Parking lot is packed and not enough room for the spaces for people to open their doors without hitting other people's vehicles. My brand new vehicle has gotten plenty of scratches from other residents. Has a playground but not kept up with. Just don't really feel "Safe" in the area. My apartment wasnt even 💯 ready for me to move into. There is also almost never someone in the office when I go down there in the morning it seems. And pest control is charged but never seen and continues to see ants inside. And I was offered a discount with my work as a caregiver but still charging me full price. 🥴

I've been without AC for 17 days. Yesterday, was the 1st time anyone picked up the phone to call me about it. I've already gone into the office multiple times, tried calling "the manager." Nobody will give me the information to their corporate office. This is absolutely unacceptable! They offer absolutely no amenities here, but charge you for EVERYTHING! And, my hot water went out last night. Super would not recommend renting here!
