I visit my son here often and the old property manager was much better. Luckily they have a good maintenance dude otherwise these apartments would be terrible. This place was so nice just a year ago
Wonderful place to live, new maintenance guy is great, and property manager works with you on things!
New managers are still either way behind on maintenance repairs, seems like my friends apartment is looking more miserable and in need of dire help on a daily and nothing is done to remedy that. Would not recommend moving here unless one really needs a place to live in the short term.
When we moved in Hesston on Aug'2012..We searched the town and realized that this was the best apartment with reasonable rent. These are not apartments basically but these are like townhouses..feel like our own home. The most important reason for taking apartment was that the Leasing Manager Liza Snow is very very friendly and humble lady. She is always available for any help. Maintenance guys are also very friendly and very prompt in response. Main maintenance guy Chris is very very helpful guy. All in all ...in my opinion this is the best place to live in Hesston :) :)
Good place to live. Just like any other section 8 housing you have idiot nebiors. Good location.
