Maple Ridge

1 year ago I would not recommend living at Maple Ridge. But NOW?! ABSOLUTELY!!! We are currently under new management (his name is Trey), and he is literally, 100%, absolutely amazing!! He gets anything and everything you need taken care of in record time, he makes sure everything is going smoothly and you're not having any problems. Its so great to have a manager who goes to bat for YOU!! We also have new maintenance guys who are awesome at their job!! Also, rent prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, which I know is vital in today's economy. There is a gym, pool, playground, & dog park! Your furry friends are welcome here!❤ 10/10 recommend living here! 😊

We had an appointment scheduled but when we got there, the office was closed. We drive 30 minutes across town through heavy traffic only to have our time wasted. They contacted us a few days later asking if we were still interested. I said no because if this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can’t imagine how they treat people who actually live there.

The leasing specialist, Emileigh, was super helpful during my apartment search and very knowledgeable and friendly! I've had bad experiences before with rude customer service so I was skeptical. Thanks Emileigh for showing me that leasing agents can me friendly while being knowledgeable!

Emileigh is always a pleasure to work with and is an amazing asset to your team! The property manager Trey is always smiling and so helpful! Great place to live!

Hey I been living at maple ridge for few months love it Trey is absolutely amazing and patient and make sure everything right for you ! And Emileigh she’s also amazing she gets me help everytime I need she’s awesome and we need more people like her in office she makes sure stuff gets done around here she’s great awesome personality❤️❤️🤟🏾!
