Not energy efficient. Barely any insulation in the walls. AC/Heater Unit runs up massive electric bills that low-income residents cannot afford. Leaking pipes. Toilet doesn't flush properly. If you miss your rent payment by one day, they send an eviction notice to your door. I know someone that lives there.
It is a great place to live. Walking distance to Casey's.
Horrible place to live landlords are trash and high crime unless it's all you can afford I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get anywhere in life
Smoke is bad if people smoke on the first floor and your apartment is on the second floor !
Great clean hometown apartment living.
