Maple Leaf

The moving process has been incredibly seamless. Candi has been extremely helpful and always ready to assist with anything I need. Logan, the maintenance manager, was also very prompt—he replaced my smoke alarm batteries the same day I moved in. So far, it’s been a great experience!

We recently had an issue with our kitchen garbage disposal so contacted our building management company, Thrive. Candi and her team immediately took care of the problem. A special recognition to the building maintenance manager Logan, who communicated well, did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it, and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Much appreciated.

It’s been great living here so far! Everyone is so nice and it’s such a quiet and safe community!

Moved in this year from out of state and management has been EXCELLENT. Very responsive. Had to have my dishwasher motor replaced and maintenance was very quick. Beautiful amenities - gym was a high priority for me. Love living so close to coffee shops and the park. Very safe feeling area.

Start to finish the leasing process was seamless. So thankful for Malia and her professionalism and promptness in her communication. We are excited to make Maple Leaf Apartments our new home!
