Maple Leaf Apartments

Maple leaf apartments (or condo area I should say) is a great place for starters if your next move is buying a home! I recently moved from a different state, so this would be my very first place here in Chicago, IL area and I must say I’ve grown accustomed to the environment. It’s nice to be out of the city but close enough to the highway to get to the city area. I love the fact there’s a police station right across the street to provide safety when needed. All in all maple leaf apartments is a great location to live for one of the suburb cities. And did I forget to mention great school system near by too!

The property management team is respectful & tries their best to accommodate the public with affordable housing. I service their roofs & they have treated me fairly throughout the past 5 years.

Recently moved in this summer and the apartments are nice but was not informed of the car thefts or car breakins in the parking lot of the complex 😡 I informed the property manager Julia and she showed no concern and told me not to leave any valuables in the car smh. I suggested having the police patrol the lot late night to insure safety for her tenants and their vehicles but she didn’t seem to care. Unacceptable 😡

Don't come here they make you wait to fix anything. I been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my air conditioning in 90 degree heat they never did fix my air conditioner and when the fall came and my heat wasn't working they flat out refused to fix it I would call at least twice a week and ask about my heat and would get some reason why they would not come out and fix it by December I had to move because it was to cold for me and my kids to live there the complex got mad that I left and charged me 6000 for breaking my lease. And the roaches were so bad I had to hire my own exterminator company. Don't move here you will not be happy

I dont Recommend this place to anyone Management just walk in your unit when they feel like it if you don't open the door for them and the FBi be here at these apartment not sure what the hell is going on in this place but this is not a place anyone should be at the Building is mice Infested. And rochen infested and it never any hot water and people be still the package you order and Did I mention the units?Have mold and Rest in them that they tried to cover up with paint and the wash and dry don't work some time the washer only work the dryer don't work I don't think it any heat i. The Building for the Dryer to work run from this place it not a place you want to be
