Maple Leaf Apartments

I've been living at Maple Leaf since the middle of November 2025. I love it. Really quiet and the property is gorgeous.

I lived here once Karen was amazing and she cared! I loved it so much and I wish I could move back honestly great place!

If I could give this place a negative stars I would because they don't deserve one star at that! Horrible management and when a problem does arise and you go to talk to the apartment manager she always blames the tenant or makes excuses as to why you are having a problem. I called to speak to the property manager and the apple doesn't fall to far from the tree, You can never get a hold of anyone in that office except a receptionist that also makes excuses for not getting in contact with the property manager. Location is key here because you would think that it's North Fresno and that things would be a little better here but that's not the case. They don't solve any problems here and they make sure rent is collected each month!
