Maple Grove

Horrible apartments. Smells like cat piss outside bc the neighbors feed the homeless animals. Also don’t expect to get any sleep here, every other morning they have people cut the grass with loud lawnmowers at 7 in the morning in the winter….makes no sense there’s nothing to cut. Absolutely ridiculous, upstairs neighbors complain about the unprofessional grass cutters all the time but nobody listens. Only perk is you can smoke weed indoors and nobody complains.

I have not had a bad encounter while living here. The complex is clean as a whole. We have the bums digging in the trash but that’s the worst I could say. My kids school is so close that It would take me less than a minute to get to if I hit a green light. Love it.

Apartment is a friendly place but the rent doesn't fit the lack of maintenance and care of the apartment itself. You have to wait for a response from headquarters to get things done?.?.but overall, they're not bad.

This is a great place to live at! They frequently hold family-oriented events on special occasions. Everyone's invited. The staff is wonderful! The office staff is professional. The maintenance person, Pedro, is our favorite staff member; he is very kind, respectful, and good at his job. When you need something fixed, they take care of it as soon as possible. This apartment complex is also safe. They have security frequently patrolling. Great experience!

Gangs have mark this area with USO, Gang shooting, and someone running around shooting firework in hallways at night. No one does anything about it even when it's reported multiple time. Homeless digs up the trash everyday.
