Do not rent from here. Property management has changed multiple times and gotten worse with each new company. The owner of the property tries to save money by not handling issues and will nickel and dime you at the end for anything she can squeeze out of your deposit. The current management has an inept contact who knows nothing about his job and will not be available or forget to return emails or calls on issues. The complex is a mess, dog poop and trash are left on the ground for weeks at a time, the sidewalks have trash and trash stains that are not cleaned. The walls are thin slowing you to hear your neighbors walking and talking as well as hearing the front door slam shut whenever they come or go. The price is too high for what you get, also the complex was made with less parking spac

The first red flag is the $500 holding fee, which is not normal when it comes to renting an apartment. They're banking on you falling into the sunk cost fallacy, but don’t even attempt it. The lease is absurdly strict, and that's saying a lot because I was in the military. If you don't pay the first month’s rent on time, they have an acceleration clause that gives them the right to demand all present and future rent immediately for the duration of the lease while simultaneously canceling your tenancy if any move-in costs are not paid within the allotted move-in window. They're doing everything they can to squeeze money out of you.

Do yourself a favor and do not rent there. My husband and I lived there since they opened and it was the worst experience ever for many reasons, Unreliable property management, they don’t maintain the property(dog poop everywhere) dumpster is a mess with trash on the ground left for weeks, they don’t enforce the non-smoking policy. The walls are thin, you can hear everything and don’t have privacy. The metal front door slam shut so you can hear when your neighbors come or leave. Behind the pawnshop is a small homeless encampment that leaves trash and wanders through the complex randomly. They don’t have enough parking spaces to support the amount of people that live there so you will have to park offsite as well. Price is too high for having no amenities.
