Maple Garden Apartments

Slum lords! My oven has not worked in over a month and there is no new oven in sight. When we moved in, there was a flea explosion in my apartment (we do not own any outdoor animals). We had a flood in our kitchen from the sink that leaked ad it took them WEEKS so fix the sink, and they never fixed the warped cabinets underneath. Oh and let's talk about the MOLD problem. It' around all of the windows because during the winter, the walls sweat and even if you turn the heat off, it remains a BALMY 80+ degrees all winter. It took over a year for them to fix my shower that kept going from cold to scalding during a shower. Yet, when a person moved out it took them 3 weeks to gut the apartment, and replace all of the appliances and fix it up to be rented. There are stray cats EVERYWHERE that ho

The water service is interrupted twice a month on average. Parking is limited. The shared entryways are dimly lit and outdated. The dumpsters are too small and often overflow with garbage. No complaints from the raccoons who are feasting nightly.

in the begging when you move it it’s alright. But after a few months it gets worse. My neighbors are rude and disrespectful. The water is sometimes never hot. They turn the water off for a whole day. There’s always bugs in the apartments. It’s just like not good

So far so good... i moved into a freshly painted beautiful apartment with all new appliances… They seem very responsive and responsible so far… I'm happy to call this my new home

Whoever is in charge of this number never picks. Did me a favor because I just saw the very bad reviews.
