Maple Crest Apartments

So we went in today to do a application and the one lady with the Pretty name was very sweet, very pleasant, and helpful with the application process. The community looked very good and kept up and the apartments are very spacious and nice inside.

The to ladies in the office are amazing they have excellent customers service skills u have the right to ladies over maple crest they are so respectful and I no they have God in there lives you can just feel it Tracy H

We got a appointment through Asheville housing authority the apartments are nice but I could tell just by looking around what it would be like living there one of the maintenance men showed us a apartment he told us his self it got rough there on the weekends and we applied for a ground floor place through the housing authority when I asked about that we were told that they considered every floor a ground floor because they have elevators i we turned it down i would rather be homeless than to live there didn’t feel safe as soon as I got out of the vehicle if you like hood life this is the place for you. But if I could give minus stars I would.

They were nice until they started moving more families w/ Kids. They are biking and riding all on side walks where elderly people are walking. Elevators are dirty now no one cleans or mops them with that much traffic where is the grounds keeper. Wait the leasing office is closed Monday and Tuesdays how? Too much outside loitering , music is loud coming from car stereos and people are smoking outside because inside is smoke free but they are lined up outside on some bench at the entrance smoking more that cigarettes. Why not have them smoke back behind the dumpster area? Driving into the entrance looks like Driving right into New Jack City It is giving old lee walker Heights Vibe for me.

I've been living here since Aug 2021 so around almost 4 months now and this place is honestly a very nice new community to live in.. yes it's new built and has somethings to get worked out here and there but everytime ive had any issues the maintenance is here right away to help. The office staff helped me every step of the way to get transferred smoothly... also the buildings are secured access only which I love and feel a lot safer with.. the management had always been kind and helped everytime. The apartments are upscale in their feature's and it's a great place to call home or temporary home.
