Maple Creek Apartments

Amber and Will do a phenomenal job managing the property. Always on top of things, prompt, and easy to work with. I never had any issues during my time here. The only reason I moved was relocating out of state. Highly recommend!

My Girlfriend and I loved living at the Maple Creek apartments. It was a nice comfortable environment and stayed well kept. Anytime we needed maintenance they would be there within a day or two. Very nice units with ours being plenty spacious. I almost never heard any neighbors besides commuting through the hallways. The people that work for Buchholz properties are honest, dependable and caring. You won't be disappointed living here.

I moved into Maple Creek Apartments a year ago coming from living in a house for 5 years before that. I was nervous about a lot of different aspects about living in an apartment again. However, Amber made the process easy for me. She was helpful, responded quickly, down to earth, and overall so easy to work with. That was a BIG green flag so, thank you Amber for always being SUPER helpful. I'd also like to shout out Will one of the maintenance guys who has helped me quickly from a broken toilet lever, to checking my A/C, and it was all done within 1 day of reporting the issue. I lived at Maple Creek Apartments in 2017-2021, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live! The apartment was so cute, and cozy; it was the perfect little home. The management was also incredible! Very polite, fair, and professional. If there was an issue, they were promt to respond, and made sure it was resolved. The building was always kept in wonderful condition. It was always clean, quiet, and even snow removal was done efficiently. The area around the apartment is perfect for walking, biking, and rollerblading. I was so sad to leave my apartment, but I hope whoever else chooses to live there loves it as much as I did! I would recommend Maple Creek Apartments to anyone!

I’ve been living here for 1 year, just re-signed another lease today. She was able to give us another good deal on the lease. Repairs and fixes are always completed in a very timely manner. I have recommended this apartment to two others and they have taken me up on my recommendation and now also love their apartments as much as I love mine. Amber is also one the best apartment managers that I have worked with! **the only draw back is that snow removal is not always completed in a timely manner. Other than that, the apartment itself and management is great.
