I just moved in, and so far my experience has been nothing but great. The apartment itself is really nice, but what truly stands out is the staff. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. You can call them with a million questions and they’ll answer every one with no hesitation or aggravation. The maintenance team is also amazing, extremely professional and quick to respond. Any issues are handled promptly and thoroughly, which makes a huge difference, especially when you’re newly moved in. Mariah especially deserves a huge shoutout. She is truly the go-to person for anything and everything. She is the sweetest, always responsive, and helps you as quickly as possible. We have lived here for 6 years and planning to renew our lease again. They maintenance guys are quick to take care of any issues and they do a good job keeping the community looking nice. The office ladies are always helpful.

Margaret and the Maple Bay team are fantastic to work with! They’re always on top of things, easy to communicate with and make every project run smoothly. You can tell they really care about the property, the residents and their partners. They always keep the property clean, friendly and up to date. I’ve just lived here one week and so far I love it. The location could not be better - close to absolutely everything, including the oceanfront (4 minutes by car) The staff is very helpful, maintenance is Johnny on the spot, and even the tow company did exactly what they were supposed to do when my friend forgot to hang his visitor’s pass in his windshield (yes they towed him away) The few neighbors I’ve spoken with have been very friendly and the office staff very knowledgeable and professional.

My aunt has enjoyed her time living here, and the property is kept in good condition. The manager has been attentive and helpful, making the process of addressing any needs or questions smooth and stress free. They are always approachable and quick to respond, which gives my aunt peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of.
