Manzanita Gate Apartments

This place will take your money and give you little in return. I lived in manzanita gate apartments for one year and had a less than desirable experience. The hot tub (& sometimes the pool) was closed for the entirety of my lease duration, with no info from staff when I asked for a reopening timeline. I signed my lease expecting to use this amenity that I paid for, but that never happened. The gym is a sorry excuse, with multiple pieces of equipment not working and were never fixed, replaced, or even removed from the gym. There are two treadmills which two people cannot use at once, the power circuits and goes out every time. I kindly informed staff about this once and was told it would be fixed, that never happened. They just asked us to leave 5-star reviews in exchange for breakfast treats…totally normal. This place just takes your money & customer service doesn’t exist. It’s not affordable for single bedroom apartments. I had a great unit with a view, otherwise I would never have moved in. We can’t wait to move out when our lease is up. Would never recommend to a friend!

I’ve lived at Manzanita Gate for two years, and overall it was fantastic. The staff? Friendly and helpful. The neighborhood? Gorgeous. The maintenance team? Absolute superheroes. I swear these guys could fix a broken spaceship with a paperclip and a smile. No complaints there. But let’s not sugarcoat it—the dogs run this place. Or more accurately, the dog owners. And by “run,” I mean “completely cover every square inch of grass and sidewalk with steaming landmines.” I’m convinced some residents actually take their dogs outside just to watch them create modern art installations in poop form. The property is safe, well-maintained, and the staff is always courteous and responsive. The leasing process was both thorough and efficient. Highly recommended!

Move in process was easy breezy. Very friendly knowledgeable staff and the maintenance staff is awesome! The grounds are well maintained and location is great.
