Mansions at Oak Point

My wife and I recently leased a townhome at Mansions at Oak Point, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first tour to the moment we signed our lease, the process was seamless and stress-free. A huge shoutout to K’Dron, who made all the difference! He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect home for us. He stayed patient with all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and informed. The community itself is beautiful, but it’s the top-tier service from people like K’Dron that really sets this place apart. If you’re looking for a new home, definitely ask for him—you’ll be in great hands

The Mansions at Oak Point is a great place to live. It is very well-managed. Have been very impressed with the personnel who are friendly yet professional. Maintenance performs preventative maintenance, and work orders are handled quickly and efficiently. (Kudos to Scott for being so responsive to my requests.) The front office staff are also responsive to any problems/concerns that I might have. Julia (Saunders) in the front office has particularly been helpful to me. I am a senior citizen, and she is very kind in helping me with certain requests. I also have to note that trash pickup and landscaping is always done well. The Mansions is a clean, quiet, pretty, and safe environment in which to live. And there is lots of property to walk your dog and a gym to exercise!

I love this property! Recently renewed my lease in fact. The grounds are always maintained. Trash service is great! The private backyards are a nice touch and the office staff has always been extremely kind and helpful! Ohh and bonus points 👉 they use a Co-Op for their electricity provider here which means reduced electric bills, especially in these hot Texas summers! Highly recommend this property!

Alyse, Jesse are awesome leasing agents! I moved here a month ago. The best decision I have made. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I might have. They want you to pay the prices for this place but then when something messes up such as the app to unlock the amenities you pay for here and you send an email they don’t actually want to help. They want to call 2 minutes before they close on a Saturday so when you miss their call you can call them Back until Monday. During the voicemail they leave what you will notice is they didn’t give a damn about reading the initial email you wrote because they like to assume you just don’t know how to open a door even though you’ve utilized this amenity with this normal door multiple times and called about it with this same issue before because the app messes up for it sometimes, but for some reason they still cannot get it through their heads that it is the app. Also, nothing else you have ever call
