Mansions at Hickory Creek Apartments

I’ve been here a week so far and I’m really happy with everything. The leasing manager, Kimberlee, has been absolutely wonderful. She’s super nice and a very reliable and consistent with communication.

The Mansions at Hickory Creek is by far, leaps and bounds, the best property I have ever had the opportunity to live at. The apartments are spacious and equipped with very good appliances. The quality is very high... granite counters, wood floors, plush carpets, large garden tubs and big garages equipped with blutooth openers. I've lived in two different floor plans now and loved them both. The staff is the best part of this property. The maintenance crew is unmatched. Gibran and Carlos are polite, quick, efficient and friendly. They both know what they are doing and I trust them in my home when they need to work there. Whitney, a leasing agent, always greets you with a smile and helpful solutions for any visits inquiry. And Kimberlee keeps it all going. She is hands down the best manage

We absolutely loved living here! The community is quiet, clean, and truly felt like home from day one. One of the biggest highlights was how safe and secure we always felt—such a comforting feeling, especially in today’s world. A huge shoutout to Kimberlee, the property manager—she is incredible! Always professional, kind, and truly cares about the residents. Any time we had a question or request, she handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Her presence made all the difference in our experience. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-managed, peaceful, and feels like home, this is it. Highly recommend!

Manager, Kimberlee, is Excellent! Runs a tight ship, but is very warm, caring and motherly! Will go out of her way to assist residents and encourages fellowship. She is truly “one of a kind” !!!!

10 stars!! The Leasing and Maintenance staff are all amazing, caring and helpful! The community is quiet and peaceful, and the residents are friendly and considerate. The common areas and landscape are well kept and very clean, even the dumpster area is kept tidy. We recently moved to Mansions from an apartment that had a great view of Lake Lewisville, and it was extremely hard to leave that...however this hidden gem in Hickory Creek is very impressive, and hands down has the best apartment staff ever! A huge thank you to the staff for providing an exemplary place we can call home!
