If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE LEFT BY NON-RESIDENTS AND STAFF!! I lived in this building for a year and a half, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The property is consistently dirty—there is almost always trash left in the hallways, and a constant pile of garbage overflowing by the dumpsters outside. The smell is awful and never seems to improve. On top of that, large appliances (like old fridges, stoves, and washers) are frequently left sitting around the property and in common areas for weeks, sometimes months, with no one removing them. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve sadly lived here for over a year, and it’s been one issue after another. Maintenance and management are slow, dismissive, and communicate terribly. We once had water pouring through our ceiling from a broken water heater upstairs—it took over 40 minutes for anyone to respond, and we were told, “That’s apartment living, it’ll probably dry by tonight.” The water was visibly dirty, which is concerning given we’re only one floor below. The building itself is poorly maintained: broken tiles sit in hallways for months (or years), things are constantly broken, and nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. Noise travels everywhere—you can hear every footstep, drawer, and stomp from above. If you’re even slightly sensitive to sound, this place is torture. Cl

This place has a lot of violation codes. They have a bad plumbing system where water will come shooting up out of your kitchen sink and bathroom at the same time it happens constantly they have trash, overflowing the dumpsters in the parking lot outside of people apartments. They have mice coming in your home from the hallway under your door. Management is horrible different managers. Every 2 or 3 years is under a different management. The maintenance men be high as hell and they have people living with broken glass and their apartments. They lie and tell you that they’re gonna fix them. it’s just isn’t a good place to live. She provided good and accurate information and she always replied our questions and concerns properly and accurate. I am pretty sure my stay at Mansion at Bala will be comfortable and easy having on mind the staff that make possible run this beautiful complex. Thanks again!

FYI ALL THE POST THAT ARE 4-5 stars are from ppl who do not live here!!!! The properly manger Jackie just quit last week and there is no one here to manage the property……but u still have to pay …. You may wanna think twice b4 moving here in fact ….DONT DO IT !! Living here has been a variety of peace and hell. The peace is during the winter months people stay in their apartments during the summer. It looks like a fest of uncontrollable crazy people who don’t value peace. The management Has changed four times since moving in here and the service has gotten worse. They charge for everything and now a tax for parking after paying for parking so just know you’re gonna be paying over $100 for parking per month and your car can get stolen, broken into and or destroyed. i’ve noticed other people‘
