My rights to respect/dignity as a senior citizen ignored . I have experienced mental/emotionally abuse by the site manager. She had failed to provide a peaceful/ safe environment for Azalea tenants. Also have experienced discrimination whereas my complaints are ignored but all complaints by a white tenant receives a quick response by site manager, Kim Colby. Azalea parking lot is in need of more lights. The entrance/exit gate is too high which has allowed thiefs to crawl under the gate. Which resulted in the theft of about 4 tenants cars! Kim has no empathy or respect for the tenants she's hired to serve/respect! 6/30/23 a police report cited malicious mischief crime on my car. A shattered window. I have not felt safe my concern ignored by Kim. I am now fighting to live in peace/ comfort.

I have been living in fear,at Mansermar's property in Fulton County. The more than 18 months of abuses, threats, from tenants, tenants abuse of my rights with their pets that happened multiple times by three different tenants. Illegal mail placed in post box even though it is a federal and the mail unauthorized. crimes of stalking and monitoring my whereabouts by tenants, multiple thefts, vandalization of by vehicle, theft of my personal properties from my apartment,and their laundry room on the property., Management consistent refusal to acknowledge my request for solution for more than 18 months ignored of all complaints,mockery.bias treatment change phone number. Attack my gangs of tenants. Deceptive treatment from upper manager and manager on premises . Theft as recent as two ago . M

I've lived in ORANGE BLOSSOM VILLAGE for 1yr-8mos., I have been and seen others treated with dignity and respect by management. The property is beautiful, well maintained, issues addressed promptly. I love my home and community and proud to say I live at OBV.

Zero stars if possible. Don't even think about it. Corporate management is both incompetent and could not care less about the residents. They have turned this community from a pleasant, comfortable place to live for seniors, into an insane asylum, clown car wreck of a circus over the past 2 1/2 years. Nothing gets fixed. Nobody answers the phone. They do, however, have no trouble at all raising everyone's rent and turning the community (if you can still call it a community) into a slum with extremely unhappy residents, tacky decor and nonsensical interior layouts that are almost impossible for those with mobility challenges to get around in their own apartment. Run far away.

I recently had an unsettling experience with Mansermar that I feel compelled to share. Despite their prompt response to my initial email, my subsequent interactions have left much to be desired. Firstly, there were numerous inaccuracies in their communication regarding my departure from Broadway Terrace. Despite providing documented proof of my last day being February 9th, they incorrectly stated it as February 6th, displaying a concerning level of misinformation. Moreover, the handling of the issue concerning my LinkedIn profile was deeply disappointing. Despite their denial of involvement, I received confirmation directly from LinkedIn that someone affiliated with Mansermar reported my profile. This blatant contradiction raises serious doubts about their transparency and integrity. Ad
