I lived in one of their buildings for a year, and here’s just some of the things I’m encountered: -hole in the front door frame big enough for bugs or rodents (and the cold) to enter, as well as a missing bottom door plate that were never fixed despite my constant requests. -the ceiling exploded in my bathroom when the radiators first turned on for the season, took over a month to get a repair. -our radiators either didn’t turn on at all, or were on full blast and couldn’t be shut off. Solution? Property sawed the radiator off its pipe, then re-attached it and told us not to use it “because it might catch fire”. -the bathtub never drained properly, and the toilet never flushed properly. -all the light fixtures were missing lightbulbs upon move-in. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. I live in one of their properties and it's been a nightmare. The entire building went over a year with no working stoves or ovens....Manor Management so graciously gave us a hot plate to substitute. They never reduced anyone's rent or even attempted to fix the problem until one tenant took them to court. I currently have had a leak in my ceiling that pours water every time it rains....for over TWO YEARS. The super says he will "get the roofing company to fix it" and then never does. He consistently does not respond to me phone calls and is ALWAYS at least two hours late when he makes an appointment to come to the apartment. Can I give them 0 stars? Things break and are never fixed/replaced. They don't answer their phones. When they do answer, they won't give you their name so you can follow up. They say all decisions have to be made by Steve, but they won't give you his phone number and he doesn't reply to emails. This is my first apartment in NY, so I don't know if this is typical. I suppose it could be worse. Now that they got the black mold that was in the basement for months taken care of, the building is relatively safe and clean.

Negligent to the point of criminality. Only started cleaning the building (super irregularly) when I tracked down the bank that holds the note on the building where I rent. Unanswered emails now number in the hundreds, I've only ever received one or two replies to the hundreds of emails I've sent asking for stuff to be fixed. Raw sewage leaked throughout the basement of our building, not fixed for weeks, still never properly restored/ decontaminated - just spray painted over the black mold. Worst. Property Manager. Ever.

2 years asked to fix flush in toilet. still not fixxed. the worst management probably. and another problem is, almost 20 days water leaking in parking garage. I called to office every 2 days. They just ignored me. Now i have to go to Department of Buildings.
