Manor House Apartments

Best experience ever! Manor House Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home. The property is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and my new front door…I love it! Stacey and the leasing team go above and beyond, they are always helpful kind, and quick to resolve any concerns. Maintenance is great and anytime I’ve had any maintenance issues they respond the same day or the next day. I feel safe, taken care of, and I’m happy living here.

Overall an okay place. People are friendly, area is nice. Maintenance team is pretty active in the morning, which in my case is bad as I work nights. It sounds like they're refurbing the one below me as i type, so keep your fingers crossed I wake up on time for work. I moved here in 2023, rent has since gone up approximately $200. For the price I was expecting a bit better but I guess it's the area. Wall unit AC and baseboard heaters, glass top stoves. Pests are minimal but you might get a mouse once in a blue moon during the summers.

Edit: I have brought this down to 2 stars because we were promised a new door last winter because it was put on crooked before we had even moved in and it lets all the cold air in causing us to spend a lot more in electricity to keep the place warm or cool ebough for ourselves and our child. We were told we would be first in line for a new door and that has not happened. We have now been told we won't get a new one until next spring. The door leaks air VERY badly and the screen door is now broken beyond repair. As kind as they are, it is frustrating when the safety of your family and having a functioning front door is ignored. The repairs I called about were addressed and resolved the same day I called. Very satisfied with the service and work that was completed.

My husband and I toured Manor House apartments earlier this week with Myah from the main office. I had several phone contacts prior to our visit and my questions were always answered patiently and thoroughly. Myah spent a good deal of time touring the main building, fitness room, pool, and different apartments. We were able to meet the property manager Stacey as well as two of the maintenance team - one being Warren the lead maintenance person. This is an impressive apartment complex team that obviously cares for tenants and the property. I have no doubt as a tenant concerns and issues would promptly would be addressed. The location is outside of the downtown area but one very thoughtful program offered is transportation once a week into town to a store to shop and a meal out afterward for
