Manor Flats off Sansom, University City, Philly, New Luxury Apartment Rentals

Many issues experienced while living here - Water heater leaked onto the floor.. took Manor 3 months to fix - Toilet was missing a part for the flush, Manor took several weeks to fix this - Air Conditioning was broken from June through September, Manor took several months to fix this and probably would not have fixed it if we didn’t keep bothering about this - Faucets become very moldy and need to be cleaned twice a week otherwise black mold will be on your toothbrush - Dishwasher kept leaking, Manor took several weeks to fix this as well - All doors are electronic keypads, maintenance went in and never closed the door.. we got a call from our neighbor while we were on vacation saying that our door was left open - The surrounding neighborhood is not safe.. This place is simply great. Clean, quite and brand new. Love the In Unit Washer and Dryer, the location in University City is excellent, walking distance to Upenn and CHOP. Apartments are extremely spacious and Management is on their game full time too which makes it a pleasure to reside here. Highly recommend.

My family was completely stood up, we had a tour set for Wednesday 01/01/25 @11AM & nobody ever reached out for confirmation on the day of to make sure we were coming & knew where to go and nobody ever answered non of the phone calls. We waited outside of the building for about 20 minutes before deciding to leave due to the cold weather. If you are trying to get a tour from this company just save yourself the time and go elsewhere👍🏽

We moved into the Manor Flats off Sansom about a month ago and so far it has been a pretty good experience. Our unit (a The Park floor-plan) has a lot of space, it is well illuminated and equipped. Our neighbors are all very nice and respectful. Also, Akiva has been of great help. This is a good place to live near to public transportation, a nice area to take walks, and close to University City. ** update: I downgraded my original review from 5 to 3 stars because of the following reasons: - During the last 6 months of our stay the overall maintenance and cleanliness deteriorated. - Packages were stolen from lobby (inside the building), one was ours. Manor Flats is a bright and quiet community in University City. It's close proximity to Upenn and CHOP is perfect. Notably, it is likely the most well priced apartment building in University City Philly. It is also professionally managed by Manor and couldn't be happier with them.
