I like my community. Ms. Trina will address any concerns quickly and assist you without any hesitation. The grounds are kept up beautifully. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The only thing, if you don't have a vehicle, it can be a little walk getting to public transportation. The 57 bus only comes through every so often and stops around 6pm on weekdays. Overall: I would recommend

Just moved in on 1 April don't know much about the property. It seems clean quiet and the property manager is sweet as pie. Although there is laundry rooms in each building, I wish I had my own washing dryer.

I have been looking around for an apartment for sometimes and I found these —-Omg the leasing agent/ property manager Ms Trina was very professional and knowledgeable with assisting me. She explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions and I look around the property in which the grounds were clean and they also have secured buildings. When you are constantly searching and come across a very pleasant person to assist you made my day. I can’t wait to be a resident of the community!!! Kudos Ms Trina and thank you for your assistance.

One the BEST property managers I ever encountered with, as soon as I walked in the office I was greeted in a very professional manner and smile something I don't see at other places! Ms. Smiley the property manager is very professional even when tenants can be flat out rude and disrespectful, she is very thorough and made sure that I understood every single thing. Ms. Smiley is very detail oriented and respectful. I would recommend this property to other people 5/5!!! Keep up the great work Ms. Smiley it doesn't go unnoticed thank you!!
