Manhattan Apartments

Lived there when they first opened for a year. The staff was so incredibly unprofessional. I see nothing has changed. They really need to just close that apartment building down and start over with something else. All the bad reviews confirm how I felt when we lived there.

I love this place. My family and I have been here for 3 years. We love the helpful staff. We love how they fix the AC real quick and they have worked with me and my husband several times when we needed help. Love this place. They are why I will not move.

Current resident and i cant wait to leave. If i could leave zero stars i would. Its mold infested from the neighbors ac leaking through rhe ceiling. Roaches everywhere and the service you get from the front office and lack of management is horrendous.complaint after complaint has been made and absolutely nothing gets done.

I love living here, maintenance get to my issues in a timely manner. The office staff is very welcoming. Apts are well kept.

I have lived here for about almost 5 years it was nice in the beginning . Once management changed it has went downhill . The office doesn’t enforce any rules they have visitor parking but they don’t enforce the visitors to park there so the tenants who actually pay rent have to fight for parking because the office doesn’t do anything about it . Secondly, the trash is always full and overflowing. Residents don’t care about the property they let there dogs use the bathroom on the sidewalks and they don’t clean up after there animals . The gates are always broken and people don’t understand what an exit and entrance gate is for I have almost gotten hit numerous times from people going the wrong way and speeding through the parking lot. I wish the office would take our complaints seriously ins
