Don’t live here they got bed bugs and roaches and they will say you destroy the property when you move out so you will have a bill and they won’t give deposit back after you pay last months rent now and I have proof that the apartment I stayed in wasn’t damaged and I’m a clean freak can’t live with bugs just can’t

I had an exceptional experience with the staff. Although my lease was short term the impact the staff had will last a life time. Extremely helpful and attentive. Work orders placed were addressed in 24 hours and they always returned my calls and emails with any concerns. The property manager is a pleasure to work with and the new leasing young lady was very sweet and helpful with the move in process. If you’re looking for a community that is small and close to all the things you need for a good price this is the place to be.

They never have a clean pool. This summer when I lived there, I went to the pool 3 times because it was either closed for no reason. Or it’s was so nasty. And don’t get me started on how they treat you if you are down on your luck and can’t pay right then. So many of us have no choice. AND THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They only want the next person to come and make them money. They tried to evict me sooner because they took a picture of a coke box and said I left out trash. And then I go to tell them about it, I found out it wasn’t even my door. They were just trying to get me out sooner. And since they did that, I thought I was still being evicted and left. Now they want to charge me with breaking the lease.

Absolutely terrible. You don’t get to tour an apartment until after you’ve signed a lease and paid. They will raise your rent without telling you, they did this to me twice within the 16 months I was living there. They are infested with roaches. Laundry room is always dirty and washers/dryers not working. Pool never open. Management will not schedule maintenance to come when asked and IF they finally do, they will not tell you about it, so they just walk in unannounced. They will do everything in their power to not get you receipts upon move out, so even if there was a balance owed to you, you will not receive it, and when you do move out will charge you for everything, even things that were already done prior to you moving in(like refinishing the tub even though it was “done” before I mov
