We recently moved here. It's very quiet, and the neighbors are calm. The common areas are always clean, and we always had the support of the managers throughout the process. I highly recommend it.
It's a convenient location to easily access St. Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. The units are nice, the grounds are kept well, but the maintenance response to tenants issues that come up is lagging. The only thing that gets handled quickly is an active water leak. I've had a hole in my tub for over a year. Ive written to them multiple times and sent photos of the condition getting worse. They've sent out 2 companies to get estimates on replacing the tub, but since I have duct tape over the hole, they seem to be on no rush to fix it! Previously I had an issue with the kitchen sink - it fell out of its framing. I propped it back up from underneath so I could use the sink and reported the issue. I moved in here a few weeks ago and my experience has been nothing short of amazing!! My touring experience was wonderful & the ladies in the leasing office are so kind and professional!! On top of that, there were a few maintenance things that needed to happen with my unit & when I submitted the request, the maintenance on staff came the same day to get started on repairs. The staff here is genuinely so kind, great with communication, and very quick to assist with any issues. I have loved living here so far!! Edit: Just had to come back and edit this post because this place is seriously the best. The staff on site is so dedicated to making this place run smoothly and stay maintained. Today, I put my trash outside of my door for a few minutes as I was going to take it out to the dumpster

Moved in less than a month ago. My apartment wasn’t clean when I moved in. Not just dirty but dangerous, as I stepped on several screws left hidden in the carpet that went addressed by management. Clogged sink that I had to pay to fix myself because despite photos and videos management and maintenance denied it was clogged.. and A lot of empty promises made by management/staff that went undelivered prior to my move in. Management is unprofessional. Packages and parking registration sticker stolen from community less than two weeks after moving in. To top it off, instead of the manager calling me herself directly, she had a nice woman call from the office and take all the blame… why isn’t the manager calling herself?
