I had the opportunity to visit this facility for their Valentines Day party for the residents to present some information on the Caption Call phones for their residents and was blown away at how warm and welcoming Manchester Lakes is. The managers Orissa and Charles go above and beyond in ensuring their residents have a good time and feel loved and heard. The family-friendly atmosphere and community spirit you feel as soon as you walk into their beautiful lobby and community room just makes you smile the minute you walk through the doors! This is a place I would certainly love to live in when my time comes and boy do those residents know how to have a good time. I can't wait to go back!

Both Nadine and Orissa were very personable. They didn’t hesitate to greet me as I entered the building. Nadine gave me a tour of all 4 levels, showed me their amenities, then lead me to a two bedroom to visualize a 1 bedroom since the 1 isn’t ready for showing. The 2 bedroom layout felt super cozy, the appliances are updated and nice. The natural light coming through the apartments is a beautiful sight. I love the unit and the price for it. This use to be a senior citizen building now they are allowing anyone to rent here as long as you are qualified. I can’t leave out how this place is affordable. Thank you Ms. Nadine for the walkthrough.

The property manager named Arissa was incredibly helpful answering all my questions. I found the experience to be very educational and very informative. I found Arrisa to be very warm and welcoming. Her actions were in keeping with the highest standards of Manchester Lakes. She also remembered me from one year ago when I was initially looking for a new place. She is one of the primary reasons why I am making a decision to move forward on the application to be considered as a future tenant of Manchester Lakes.

I have received a warm welcoming approach from September 2025 til present from Ms. Nadine concerning Manchester Lakes Senior Living She was very informative and helpful with me deciding on a plan for my mother Dolores Gray I am very grateful and appreciative of the support, dedication, and kindness she has shown through this process of residency for me and my mother. You can tell another about an apartment based on management and how they interact with residents. The front office was informative and helpful. Nadine have me the tour and was nothing short of exemplary, knowledgeable, and answered all questions regarding the property with a honesty and professionalism.
