Manchester Lake Apartments

I've been living here for nearly three years, and I absolutely love it! It's so convenient being close to my kids' school, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants. The rental process was the easiest I've ever experienced! The community is usually quiet, which I really appreciate. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is top-notch. Whenever there's an issue, they come out promptly and always have a smile on their faces. Honestly, this community and the office/maintenance staff have been the best I've encountered during my time in Richmond!

This apartments complex is great! I been leaving here for the past 3 years and I really like the property they keep it clean all around the area. Also, the manager Ryan she is very helpful, nice and polite. She makes sure any request gets done within 24-48 hours which I think it’s amazing! I personally think the whole maintenance crew is great they fix everything as soon as possible and with the best attitude and very polite staff. 😊 this place it’s a great option to live.

Ryan has been an amazing property manager! She is amazing to work with and always so kind! Ive been here for a few different managers and she is my favorite who has been here so far! Solomon is the best maintenance person I’ve encountered here! He's always so professional and keeps you updated! My AC gave us trouble a few times and every time he fixed it and diagnosed the problem! He has fixed and replaced the AC, garbage disposal, helped when front door lock didn't want to work, fixed the faucet. Any problem I've had he has fixed quick and efficiently! My sister works overnight and work with us on times to help accommodate! This place has been a much better place to live thanks to them honestly!

I hadn't lived in an apartment for over 40 years but once I sold my house I didn't want to do any more maintenance. So I moved into the Manchester Lakes Townhomes in 2010. We had one maintenance man that had been here 16 years and he was absolutely fabulous. I was deeply hurt and saddened when he got another job. Then we had several other maintenances men coming and going some good some not so good. But the last year we have had great maintenance man. But the one that stands out the most to me is Solomon he is always soooo nice and polite, you don't have to worry about him coming back to do the same job again because he does it right the first time.I am soooo happy that he is on the maintenances team at Manchester Lakes Townhomes . I would like to give props to the property manager Ms. R

As a resident the last 10 years. Merry Christmas. Hope yall are happy putting me and my child out in the cold with no place to go with no reason since yall won’t give the option to renew my lease. There have been at least 3 property managers since I’ve been here. Josh was the only one who worked with us and understood that people struggle from time to time. I was late on rent 2 times in a 10 year period and we have to get out Saturday. Should report to the BBB
