Manchester at Mansell Apartment Homes

My wife & I had 3 scheduled tours at 3 separate apartments today. Our first tour was with Daniel at Manchester & let’s just say we cancelled the other tours. Daniel went above and beyond to show us all the available apartments the community is clean, quiet, apartments A++. We are even thinking about pushing our move in date up because he was so awesome and showed us Chick Fil-A customer service. This community stood out to us because it didn’t give apartment vibes like most communities. We are really considering making this our new home. We appreciate you Daniel and your customer service!!!!

This place is a dump. They only care about the estetics of the environment surrounding the rental office. They never clean the grounds nor clean the buildings. I had to fight to get my AC unit repaired. If you are ok with living in an expensive projects then welcome to Manchester at Mansell. This place also have German Roaches. You know the ones that come from dirty people. Daniel is the only staff member that take accountability and will try to make it right. Lexi, have a bunch of excuses regarding not knowing anything. But, you would know if you visited the living quarters. William, will make it happen if you needed something done. But, he should be on top of the beautifulcation of the community. I toured the property today and was pleasantly surprised. Daniel was extremely helpful in helping us find an apartment that would fit our needs. He was knowledgeable and showed us multiple units which was a game changer. The renovations are A1 and I completely blew me away. The property itself nice and they have all the amenities you could need.

I initially had a tour scheduled earlier through the week, but it had gotten rescheduled to the weekend due to the unit being rented out. Upon arrival, Daniel greeted me with a smile and an attitude that entirely justified the occupancy rate and quick turnovers. I can to view a Derbie unit, but he not only provided me with alternative units (Belmont), he also walked me through the website and each of the variations of each of the unit types. My expectations were beyond surpassed, and my decision ultimately changed. I love the dedicated sunroom of the Belmont, and I cannot wait to call this my new home, vinyl flooring, and space throughout the floor plan. Absolutely excited.

After giving a positive review initially, I now have to change my rating due to ongoing issues with parking and enforcement at Manchester at Mansell. I am incredibly disappointed. Parking is a nightmare; I have to park far away, and non-residents are often in the lot. Cars are even being worked on right by the mailboxes—this is supposed to be a residential complex, not a mechanic’s shop. Despite prior assurances that noise issues would be addressed, they haven’t. Late-night blasting music, revving engines, and loud motorcycles are constant. It’s affecting our family, especially our two-year-old who can’t get proper sleep. We loved working with Daniel, who was amazing, but sadly, once our lease ends in June, we will be leaving. It’s a shame, but enough is enough.
