I’d give it 0 stars if I could. This apartment complex claims to be understanding, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The minute you face financial hardship, management is quick to file for eviction instead of offering any help or compassion. DeeDee, Shannan, and Cindy show no empathy whatsoever. Residents who take care of their homes are treated like trash, while those who cause problems seem to face no consequences. Maintenance is a complete disaster. Nothing is ever properly fixed. I’ve had black mold growing out of my A/C vents, a refrigerator that stopped cooling (they replaced sensors instead of replacing the unit), and I moved in with a broken hot water heater and dishwasher. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The photos are absolutely deceiving. The apartment smelled like pee. I had to get a professional cleaner to come in and clean it. Their cameras do not work here and there is human trafficking going on in the parking lot. The kids here are out of hand. The first two nights I was here we experienced theft. If you go and try to talk to the office about your concerns you will NOT get anywhere with it. Only a few pieces of equipment in the gym work. They charge you for a keycard when 99% of the time you don't need it. When you move out they will also come up with some new random charges to bill you.

I am a single mother of three currently going through One of the toughest times of my life right now Escaping a domestic violence situation, I found an available three bedroom apartment online here and I was talking to someone over text message who told me to come in I went in and it was only Cindy or sindey there in the office she did not want to provide me with any availability or help me out up my Income to see if she could get us in somewhere. I told her I talked to someone she asked for my name and then quickly cut me off and said nope she don’t recall. then asked me how much my annual income is I said $26,000 still doing the math in my head that was only from my small business. I have lived at this property for 5 years in 2 different units and while the maintenance team has never been the best, it has taken a steep decline with only having 1 maintenance man that has been here consistently I have put in several work orders for my apartment including door handles falling off. burner on the stove not working. Bottom of the kitchen sink collapsing, bathroom ceiling leaking, and many other small repairs and my most recent work orders have been closed yet no one ever came to actually fix anything. The lady's at the front office are very nice but obviously can't come and fix what needs to be fixed. The community needs more maintenance people...decent ones that actually know how to fix things. And also could we please get security in here that will come and put an end

Extremely Disappointed – A Waste of Time and Money I had a very disappointing experience with Manatee Cove Apartments. My application was denied because they claimed I earn $127,000 annually, which is simply not true. HR provided this figure as a potential earnings amount, not what I actually make. My paystubs clearly don’t reflect anything close to that number. If I were making that kind of money, I wouldn't be looking to rent, and I wouldn’t have applied in the first place. The entire process feels inefficient and unrealistic. I ended up wasting $170 on application fees, and it was all for nothing. I would not recommend applying here unless you want to deal with a flawed screening process and lose money in the process.
