Honestly, it's hard to say enough good things about the Manas Property Group team. This is the landlord you want - a family run operation that cares about their properties and tenants. I have lived in one of their Sunset Park properties for over 10 years, and still cannot believe my good fortune. Everyone on the team was kind and pleasant to deal with, responsive to requests, and helpful when there were any issues. We never had any problem with getting repairs done in a timely manner, and they kept our building clean and in good condition. It has been easy to see the care that this group puts into their properties and ensuring their tenants have a good experience. A wonderful management company! My husband and I have lived in one of their properties in Park Slope for five years, and both agree that they're the best that we've dealt with easily. Responsive, reasonable, attentive to their tenants, easy to communicate with, great in terms of how they take care of their properties. Our building was always clean and well maintained, any repairs we needed were taken care of promptly. We always found the office really friendly and easy to deal with, and on more than one occasion felt that they went above and beyond in terms of being accommodating for us. We'd rent again from them in a heartbeat.

I’ve been living in one of the Manas properties in Park Slope, Brooklyn since early 2020. Of the property management companies I’ve had to deal with during my 5 years living in NYC these folks have truly been the best. I believe it’s primarily a family run situation, so immediately you get a way better experience than with most of the faceless management groups that are common around the city. The leasing office folks are friendly, attentive and really care about the tenants. My landlord Tommy has been wonderful as well, friendly and attentive and always on top of anything that he needs to share with us tenants or vice versa.
