If you can rent somewhere else, do it — save yourself the headaches. I returned a rental after paying a professional cleaning company to do a full move-out cleaning. Everything was cleaned properly, yet I was still charged for cleaning. I called several times with no response, and when someone finally answered, they promised to send photos showing what was supposedly cleaned. I’m still waiting for those pictures, and they’re no longer returning my calls.

Great rental company! I rented from Management Pro for three years and had a great experience from moving in to moving out. All work orders were completed in a timely manner, and Management Pro was easy to contact as well.

This company has managed my property for 5 years now and every interaction with them has been a ridiculous disaster. The only reason we didn't move to a different company was for the sake of our tenants. Management Pro failed to do what they said they were going to do (repeatedly) and then lied about it later on. They are impossible to get a hold of much of the time. They don't return phone calls. I would recommend looking for another company.

This property management is completely unprofessional! Unless you kiss their a**, any request you have takes a week or more to get done, even if it means you living in unbearable conditions with children! We are still in our lease with them but once it's up we are out of here! They have bullied and made my fiancé and her friends that also live in the building uncomfortable to even live here and charge hidden fees for things breaking in these newly built buildings that is not the tenants fault! I highly recommend you do not get stuck in a similar situation we are in with this management company that sucker you in with charm, then treat you like a burden with any little request you have! We rented a property from this company from Jan 2018 to March 2019. We paid a holding deposit in scheduled a walkthrough for january 16 and when doing the walkthrough, the apartment was not clean. I discussed this and requested the appartment be cleaned before i moved in. We performed a followup walkthrough on january 18, and the appartment was still not clean. When we discussed this, Michelle had threatened to put the appartment back online and not rent to us. I had checked that morning, the appartment was still online and had not been taken down. I brought this up and we were asked to go to the office. At the office, we were told the appartment was "move in ready" because it would not cost anything to make the conditions livable.
