Malory Apartments

EDIT: 1 Year ago, we moved from this place, to a much cleaner non mold infested home. To this day, we have clothes and items that smell like mold. It has been a never ending, ever lasting effect, from living here. Mold spores infested almost everything we own, and it's near impossible to get it gone. There's been water shutoff, without notice. Hot water off, for periods of time... If you plan on moving in, CHECK FOR BLACK MOLD. What do you get, when you take 25 years of bad actor, and slumlord practices, constructed into one building? The Malory Apartments! It's miraculous this place hasn't been condemned. Between the black mold infestation, the "on site laundry" never working, the unsafe pitch black hallway at night, the HORID smell of rodent coming from the unit downstairs. Illegitimate

Our doors were broken when we moved in but no to bad we keep finding things wrong with the apartment like the bathroom electrical outlets don’t work but it’s a really place nice people and close to downtown
