Mallory Square Apartments

Recently we moved to Mallory Square Apartments to newly renovated unit and we absolutely love it so far. Nephtalie was amazing to work with from the showing to moving in. The pool Looks cool, nice playground for kids , lake is huge and it’s really nice to take a walk around sunset time. Our apartment is big, the price is great for the area and the unit himself. Looking forward to be a long time resident.

I lived there for 12 years! Overall it’s a 5! Love the community, environment and it worked for me and my family. Had issues but they were addressed! It’s being able to walk around the complex and community and feel safe!! We loved our apartment and the price we were just blessed from day 1. Again it’s about what you make it. Neighbors will come and go and so will management. Our building 6 and surrounding buildings looked out for one another. It’s crazy but our new HOME neighbors are from Mallory Square and this was crazy because we didn’t know where they came from until we linked up in our new home💜

Ariana was an amazing help! She walked us through the apartment we were interested in and took the time to answer all of our questions. She seems dedicated to ensuring that everyone knows everything they need to know and understands when people have questions or concerns. Highly recommend this community and staff for anyone interested in renting

I recently toured Mallory Square Apartments with Melanie, and I had such a great experience. From the start, Melanie was warm, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and made sure to show me options that fit my needs. The property itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of amenities. What really stood out, though, was Melanie’s attention to detail and the way she explained everything clearly, from floor plans to community features. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living here. I lived here for almost a year and it was wonderful. The ladies in the office were great, maintenance was always quick and the complex was absolutely gorgeous. My apartment was a 2 bedroom on the third floor towards the back of the complex. It was pretty quiet and probably one of the best apartments I've lived in. It was literally across the street from a Super Target, Planet Smoothie, TGI Fridays and several other stores and restaurants. It was also within walking distance of the Tampa Bay Trail which many people biked every weekend.
