Mallards Landing Apartments

Worst apartment I've ever had. The front desk staff members are really aggressive and impolite. The location is ancient and overrun with cockroaches and insects. I would not advise anyone to reside here. And also those two ladies need to learn how to treat others with respect.

The ladies in the office are HORRIBLE. They’re rude, impolite, always have an attitude . It’s ridiculous.. that’s no way to treat tenants . They are going to run everybody away I rate this ZERO stars but because they wouldn’t let me post my review w/o one …

Worst place I ever lived. The ladies in the front office are very rude and disrespectful. The place is old and infested with termites and roaches. I don't recommend anybody living here. They need to shut this place down.

worse place ever. they got bad customer service. the people in the front are always rude, they never picked up the phone when u call.i was trying to pay rent online. i called them to update my resident email so i can get into the account , i spent all day calling , they never picked up. they just sitting there in the office.

This place have the worst customer service in the planet. Why do they have a phone when nobody ever pick it up. Most of the time they just sitting in the office. I put in an application since early December. They never call me to tell me if I wasn’t approved. It’s almost March I still haven’t received my $150 holding deposit. They don’t respond to your email either. This place must be a joke.
