Malibu Canyon

I’ve lived here quite a while now and I really do love it!! The office is extremely nice and helpful, property amenities are top notch and the location is ideal. Of course, we would always love the market cost to be less, but I’m still here becuz you can’t find anything else in the area like this. The Maintenance Team is kind and respectful too. I recently worked with Kacey and he did a repair so fast and smooth. I appreciate him and even worked around my schedule so I could be home. Home Sweet Home!

Horrible experience. They said that my girlfriend and I could move into a 2bdrm mid January. The move in date came and they gave us the keys to a 1bdrm thinking that was the agreement we had. Very disorganized on their end. We told the that this is not what we had agreed to and the they said we had to wait until the first week ofFebruary to move into the two bedroom. When that time came the inspector realized that there was mold underneath the floor and the repair would take a few weeks. The move in date now was supposed to be March second. They said wait until March 5th to let the place air out. We decided to stop by and check the place out and the realtor said that it didn’t pass the inspection so we have to wait until next Tuesday for the to resolve the problem. This has literally turne

Alex is as respectful, thorough, agreeable a repairman as I’ve come across. I asked to arrange the smart sensor in a discreet spot and we came to an accord, he neatly did the work. He diligently called smart-hub operation to get this all fine-tuned. Patient, diligent man. Thank you!

Juan is truly knowledgeable. My apartment had a leak because the gutter was clogged, which caused water to pool at my doorway and made the whole area damp. The moisture even attracted insects and mosquitoes inside the outdoor light. Juan quickly identified the real root cause and explained that cleaning the gutter would fix everything. I really appreciate his professionalism and the way he solves problems from the source.

I’ve lived here 17 years now and it never had any problems with anybody. Everybody is very friendly and I enjoy all the amenities offered here especially the gym. Also, my lease renewal for 23 months was very generous and a lot less than I had expected. The staff maintenance and sales people are all very professional and doing a great job.
