Malibu Apartments

Love this complex! I've lived here for a year now ... The complex is clean, quiet, everyone is friendly, it's in a great location, maintenance requests are always addressed quickly. The property manager lives on site and is always friendly and accommodating.. If I could give more stars, I would!

Malibu Apartments are very affordable, with nice apartments and a pool. Conveniently located in midtown Tulsa with easy access to the highways and close to downtown. No drama or any worries of problems. Management is professional and always on top of things. I really enjoy living here. I highly recommend these properties.

They need to do som about the parking! People going the wrong way. And People taking up to much space between vehicles and backing in! Other than that it is a great place to live. Are there any plans to make the parking better?

The Roach infestation is horrible and the bed bugs are unbearable. Even with raid and a pest company(per apartment management) I am still unable to put my dishes in my cabinets and barely able to sleep comfortably in my bed at night or relax on my sofas without dealing with either pest. The management is janky and bad. The right hand never knows what the left is doing at this complex. A total waste of rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
